Booking Information

To book our apartment, please check availability, then print and return our Printable Booking Form plus deposit. Alternatively you can use our Electronic Booking Form to make a booking online. Please see our Full Terms and Conditions.

Please note:

• Bookings are from Sat-Sat during ski season
• The apartment is available from 4 pm, and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
• To book the apartment, please check rental availability, the booking can be held (up to 7 days) until we receive your deposit confirming the reservation.
• Guests are required to do all washing up and cleaning before departure.
• If guests request a professional clean rather than clean themselves, then it can be arranged before the stay, for a fee of approximately £100.
• To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost in GBP or Euro equivalent. This may be in the form of a personal cheque or direct bank transfer. Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require the full rental, plus a returnable damage deposit of £200 in GBP or Euro equivalent.
• The community of Araches-la-Frasse levy a tourist tax of E2.25 per person per night (excludes children under 18) which is an additional fee to be added to the apartment prices above to give the final price payable.
• Duvets with covers are provided for all beds, we require you to take a top and bottom sheet per bed and rectangular pillowcases, towels and a tea towel. These can be provided locally through our approved supplier, quotes provided on request.
• Please consider taking out cancellation insurance.
• Sorry no pets allowed.
