Terms and Conditions

Bookings and Deposits

All bookings must be on the form provided, signed and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit cheque made payable to the owner for 20% of the rental charge. Full payment of the rental charge is required 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period together with the damage deposit. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental it must be accompanied by the full holiday cost including the damage deposit.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of 200 pounds in the form of a separate cheque is payable when you make the full payment. In the event of the property not being left in a decent condition or the key not returned this deposit would be forfeited.

Accommodation.

Rental of the apartment is normally for periods of 7 days and includes heating and lighting. The number of people in the apartment is strictly limited to those named on the booking form and up to the maximum stated. The apartment is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. This permits time for sanitising and cleaning and then airing before the next guest.

Duvets are provided for all beds, we require you to take a Duvet cover and bottom sheet per bed and pillowcases, towels and a tea towel. These can be provided locally at an extra cost.

Cleaning

The apartment will be cleaned by our cleaner using Covid recommendaed practices. You are required to do all washing up before departure. A deduction is made from the damage deposit in the case of; extra cleaning, breakages, laundering of duvets, soiled mattresses and other soft furnishings.

Fixtures & Fittings

Under no circumstances are any fixtures and fittings to be removed from the apartment. Should an inventory check show items missing the full replacement cost will be charged.

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your booking once it has been confirmed by us we must be informed in writing. Where such notice in writing is received the following cancellation charges will apply:

Block Bookings

If you wish to book the apartment for two weeks or more, special rates can be negotiated.

Keys

The Guest is responsible for the safe return of the key for the property. If the key is not returned or is lost, the full replacement costs plus change of lock costs will be charged.

Smoking

For reasons of safety and insurance smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Sports Equipment

Sports equipment is not permitted in the apartment. This includes skis, ski boots, snowboards boots Golf Clubs and bicycles. A separate locker is provided.

Animals

No pets of any description are allowed in the apartment at any time.

Insurance

We have taken every care to ensure you have a most enjoyable holiday in our apartment. However, please note that we do not accept any liability for any accident, injury or loss caused to persons or personal effects by any reason or any claim made as a result of this booking and the stay at our apartment through the rental period. The use of all accommodations and amenities is entirely at the user's own risk.

The owners do not accept any liability for injury, death, damage or loss caused to persons or personal effects for any such claim by a third party as a consequence of actions by the client(s) and other people occupying the property during the rental period.

The client is responsible for obtaining insurance policies to cover all risks. This waiver is also applicable to people visiting the property as guests of the client. It is therefore advisable to take out insurance to cover yourself for injury, loss of property, third party liability and adequate cancellation or holiday insurance either through your insurance broker or travel agent.
